Process to Order a Recognition Product:

    Defining Categories: Donation Levels, Volunteer’s Time, etc.
    Number of Names/Organizations/Groups per Categories
    Budget Limitations
    Wall Space Allowed
    Material Desired
    Deadlines (if applicable)

  2. Design Stage
    Drawings Produced
    Changes to Drawings
    Quote Given
    Sign off on Plan

  3. Production Begins
    Lead Time Depends on Complexity
    Time Estimates are Given at Time Production Begins

  4. Delivery of Completed Project
    Recognition Product will Come with:
    Mounting Hardware
    Mounting Instructions
    Many Packages will come by UPS, with Truck Shipments Possible

  5. Follow up by Recognition Wall Display Customer Service


How Long does it take to manufacture once design is finalized: Normally 2 weeks from firm order to ship date.

What are your terms: Upon design approval, we will send a SQUARE systems invoice to you. You will follow secure link to make credit card payment. Initial invoice will be for product only. At shipment time, engraving charges (if any) and freight charges will be invoiced via SQUARE systems. We never see your credit card info.


What about shipping: We utilize these forms of shipping: (UPS, FEDEX, TRUCK). We seek out the most reasonable rates from our freight companies. While we take great care in packaging your project, occasionally we will have a damage problem and we kindly ask that you note the damage with the carrier when it arrives.


After design process is completed, formal quote is issued, and after final approval an invoice will be issued via Square Pmt Systems. Engraving charges and freight will be invoiced seperately at time of shipping. When initial payment is received, order will move to production. Time frame for production is usually 2 weeks from start to finish.
